  • Nanoimager workshop

    [12 Nov 2018] We would like to invite you to a seminar and demonstration of a novel superresolution system, the Nanoimager from ONI, during Nov 22-23, 2018.

  • Visit of NMI Advisory Board

    [21 May 2018] On May 23rd the CCI will have a visit of its' international Advisory Board.

  • CCI PhD course

    [3 Apr 2018] This years ¿Cellular Imaging course¿ will be given the week 9th to 13th of April for accepted PhD students. Users in the facility should please note that access to the staff in the facility will be limited, and that certain equipment might be reserved for course demos. The course gives an introduction to basics in light microscopy and the special focus areas of this years course is super resolution as well as electron microscopy.

  • Bollan stipend

    [28 Feb 2018] Researchers associated with the Sahlgrenska Academy have the possibility to apply for the Bollan stipend for work performed at the Core facilities. Opening 1st of March.

  • Job position CCI

    [19 Feb 2018] We are now looking for a new colleague with expertise knowledge in light microscopy.

  • New EM equipment

    [19 Feb 2018] The opening day for our new transmission electron microscope, the Talos L120C, was some months ago and we are currently training new interested researchers to use this machine. Also, we now have the FEI Vitrobot installed and can soon offer plunge-freezing of samples for cryo-EM screening.

  • Image analysis training school

    [5 May 2017] Registration for the NEUBIAS training school is now open.

  • Image analysis course

    [12 Apr 2017] The CCI will for the first time offer an PhD course in Image Analysis.

  • Light sheet demo

    [13 Mar 2017] The CCI together with Zeiss will organize a seminar about the Lightsheet Z.1 system followed up with a workshop on the 5-6th of April.

  • Image analysis courses

    [13 Mar 2017] The CCI is organising two courses in Image analysis. The first is on the 14-15th of March: NMI Core Facility staff training in the IMARIS program. The second is a basic course in Image analysis for Life Sciences and turns to PhD students.
